If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your services at INDRA SALON and CITY SPA, please notify the salon within 7 days of the service date. Please note; INDRA SAON cannot guarantee our services if they have been altered at another facility.

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accomodate your schedule.

Cancellations

In consideration of our quests and our technitians, we require a 24 hour notice of any cancellation. For appointments cancelled in any less that 24 hours 50% of the service will be charged. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
